Ideal Roofing is a great company, they replaced my roof this morning in about 5 hours. Todd Gravitt, the Project Manager, was a pleasure to coordinate with. Besides overseeing the work done, he also interfaces with the insurance company, and making all of this seamless. I only needed to pay the deductible for the insurance, but Todd makes sure the best job is done for your roof. They absorb the costs that the insurance company will not pay for.

Todd was great to work with. He actually climbed up on my roof and nailed a tarp over the place that was leaking so no damage would happen to my newly remodeled kitchen. How many people would do that? He showed up with his crew on scheduled day and time. The job was completed in the time he said and they did an outstanding job of cleaning up after. Great product and warranty. No complaints whatsoever.

On the day scheduled, Todd and his crew showed up on time and worked all day to replace my roof. They even had to replace boards but it didn't slow them down. Good clean up after job was done. They also replaced a roof of my neighbor that same day. Woo hoo!!

We used ideal roofing to redo the roof on our house as it needed it badly. They were awesome and you can't even tell they've been here other than our roof looks brand new. Even after finding layers of old shingles under the top layer that we were unaware of, they handled it quickly and finished the job without leaving a mess. Highly recommend.
